I doubt there is a better support system for Coco Gauff than the one she has with her parents, Candi and Corey Gauff.
Both of her parents are from Delray Beach, Florida, and gave birth to three children. Gauff has two younger brothers; Codey is four years younger than her and Cameron is nine years younger than her.
It comes as no surprise that Gauff excels at sports. Her father played college basketball at Georgia State University and her mother was a track and field athlete at Florida State University.
They encouraged her to try many sports including track and basketball. However since Gauff was not a team person, she went with tennis as a career.
Her parents moved back to Delray Beach so that she would have better training opportunities when she was seven. Candi who was an educator, and Corey who worked as a health care executive, both left their careers to focus on training their daughter.
